Pizza time...

Yesterday was pizza try out day..

Since I looked all over for fresh yeast

and didn't find any, I tried the dried stuff

to make my pizza dough..

There's a "Do-side" and a "Bellie-side".. hahaha..

Spinach and mushroom aka Fiorentina pizza...

Cipolla (just onion) is what the other side is called..
